Redevelopment

The company function is to verbalize with community leaders in the use of their redevelopment land.

Ennis Commercial Properties realizes each project should revitalize and stimulate economic vitality of the surrounding area. We want to work to protect existing businesses at the same time, Last but not least, to generate tax dollars for the city.

We are working on redevelopment projects in Porterville, Tulare, Delano and Avenal to meet the needs of their communities and our tenants.

The Porterville project is Centennial Plaza which is directly across from City Hall adjacent to Centennial park.  This is a two story building with 12,000 square feet having 6,000 feet of office space on the top floor with 6,000 square feet of commercial on the ground floor.

The City of Tulare project is located at N/W corner of Bardsley Avenue and Blackstone Street.  It is a 80,000 square feet parcel with two tenants. The tenant on the east side will be anchored by a BP Arco service station with a 2920 foot mini-mart with 8 fueling bays and a drive thru car wash situated on 44,000 square feet. The west 35,000 square feet will be  a Bigbrand Tire store that has 12 units in 2 states. This was a redevelopment project in cooperation with the city of Tulare.

City of Delano Block H project with 13 acres zoned retail commercial. This parcel is close to downtown and located between 11th and 8th Avenue and Freemont & Greenwood Street and east of state highway 99. The main anchor tenant is to tentatively be a 10 screen theatre and a national pharmacy.
This is an excellent partnership for the City of Delano and Ennis Properties, LLC to participate in a private sector/governmental entity project.

The City of Avenal project is located at 7th Avenue and state highway 33.  National, regional, and local tenants are being discussed.  Engineering and parcel layout are being completed at this time.
